The Hair Collective is a cozy, luxury private salon suite located right across from the SouthPark Mall. Designed to feel warm, welcoming, and elevated. Our space was created to give clients a relaxing, personalized experience from the moment they walk in. We offer appointment-only, hourly-based services so every visit is customized to your specific hair goals and the time needed to achieve them. Specializing in blonding, lived-in color, balayage, highlights, color corrections, extensions, we are dedicated to helping every client feel confident, beautiful, and at home.

Cancellation Policy

LATE POLICY Please call or text if you're running a few minutes behind. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and 50% of the missed service will be charged to the card on file as a deposit toward your next appointment. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly and respects the time of all clients. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice -72 hours is always appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% fee charged to the card on file as a cancellation deposit. NO-SHOW POLICY No-call/no-show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Future appointments will not be permitted after a missed appointment.
